What is Catalyze?
Catalyze (pronounced cat•a•lyze) is defined to mean: To modify, to increase the rate of a reaction.
And, that is what we are all about!
After we spend time with our clients discovering exactly what needs to be accomplished we MODIFY your applications, databases, and business processes to INCREASE your productivity so you and your company in turn can boost the RATE at which you do business and satisfy clients(closing business is the REACTION).

What is the significance of The Catalyze Group's logo?
When designing our logo we asked ourselves “What are we about?”. Our passion for and background as software development consultants made the answer come quickly, “TECHNOLOGY!”.
But what aspect of technology? Consultants are exposed to a wide range of technologies, business verticals, and business processes. How do we visualize such an extensive range of skills?
Our answer was LAYERS. Layers hit the mark, spot on.
Layers represent:
- Our start in publishing (pages of a book).
- The large range of technologies in which we have experience; web site, application, geospatial, and database development.
- The broad variety of business verticals and process to which we have been
exposed: publishing, banking, advertising, pharmaceutical, broadcasting, mortgage, and legal.
- The concept of layers we use in graphics and website development.
- The way we overlay data onto a map in geospatial development.
- And, the many business relationships we have cultivated to bring the best possible solution(s) to our clients.
